Reader review This book is simply written, it makes you feel as if you know Marilyn herself and you're there with her throughout her struggles from childhood poverty to fame. The new version is let down slightly by the strong, unneeded profanities used in the foreword. There are few pics included, all are black and white. Be warned also, this book deals with the ugly side of MM's life, so expect adult issues, even though MM herself doesn't use profanities. A good book for MM fans that want a different perspective from the endless 'i knew her' books out there . More details |
